Im Lager freunden sich Lilly und Tara mit einigen anderen an, Lilly arbeitet dabei als Krankenschwester. Sie finden Vorräte, darunter auch Bier, und sie machen eine ausgiebige Pause in dem Haus, wobei die Charaktere vorgestellt werden.
Der Governor vermeidet es intensiv, über seine Vergangenheit zu sprechen, obwohl Martinez ihn darauf anspricht.
Dabei treffen sie auf ein Lager mit unbekannten Menschen, welches Mitch überfallen will. Piet verweigert diesen Überfall und sie suchen weiter Vorräte.
Als sie später an den Ort zurückkommen, sind die Menschen dort von einer weiteren, unbekannten Gruppe überfallen und beraubt worden.
Mitch tötet einen schwer verletzten Überlebenden, was zum Konflikt mit seinem Bruder führt. Am nächsten Morgen tötet der Governor Piet und bedroht seinen Bruder Mitch; nachdem er ihm den Tod seines Bruders mitgeteilt hat, zwingt er ihn, ihm Gefolgschaft zu schwören.
Er bedroht sie mit einer Beretta. Kein Zurück. Der Governor schwört in seinem Camp seine Leute darauf ein, einen Angriff auf das Gefängnis zu wagen.
In Zwischen- bzw. Rückblenden wird gezeigt, wie er Hershel und Michonne gefangen nimmt. Hershel versucht erfolglos, den Governor von einer friedlichen Lösung zu überzeugen.
Der Governor bringt Lilly und Meghan an einem Fluss in Sicherheit und verabschiedet sich dann von dem kleinen Mädchen. Als sie Tyreese über den Sachverhalt aufklären wollen, finden sie diesen in den Katakomben, wo er eine sezierte und auf ein Brett genagelte Ratte gefunden hat.
In dem Moment beginnt der Angriff, der von dem Panzer unterstützt wird. Der Governor zeigt seine Geiseln und Rick geht hinunter an den Zaun.
Dort versucht er zu verhandeln, während seine Truppe am oberen Zaun in Stellung geht und der Rest ein Evakuierungsprotokoll durchführt.
Rick versucht verzweifelt, die Anderen aus der Gruppe des Governors zu überzeugen, gemeinsam im Gefängnis zu leben.
Unmittelbar danach beginnt ein Feuergefecht, in dem Rick leicht verletzt wird und sich hinter einen umgekippten Bus rettet.
Michonne nutzt die Möglichkeit, Schutz zu suchen und ihre Fesseln zu durchtrennen. Der Governor trennt Hershel den Kopf mit mehreren Schwerthieben vollständig ab.
Man sieht Lilly, die am Schauplatz mit der toten Meghan im Arm angekommen ist. Der Panzer durchbricht den Zaun und es kommt zu einem weiteren, schweren Gefecht.
Rick passt den Governor gewaltsam ab, woraufhin zwischen ihnen eine Schlägerei beginnt. Die anderen ziehen sich unter schwerem Feuer zurück und wollen mit dem bereitstehenden Evakuierungsbus fliehen.
Da Beth nach Judith sucht, wird die Gruppe geteilt und der Bus fährt ohne sie ab. Tyreese kommt im Feuergefecht in fast aussichtslose Bedrängnis, als seine Angreifer von Lizzie und Mika erschossen werden.
Daryl kann den Panzer zerstören, indem er zwischen zwei Schüssen der Kanone eine Handgranate durch das Rohr in den Innenraum wirft.
Dann tötet er Mitch, der sich ergeben will. Der Governor und Rick kämpfen noch im Vorfeld, als der Governor plötzlich von Michonne mit dem Schwert durchbohrt wird.

Von dem Gebissenen erfahren sie von einem sicheren Gebiet, das sich am Ende der Bahnlinie befinden soll. Sie folgen den Gleisen und treffen auf ein Hinweisschild.
Maggie nimmt — entgegen dem Willen der Anderen — die Suche nach dem Bus auf, in dem sie Glenn vermutet.
Widerwillig folgen ihr Sasha und Bob. Voller Erleichterung und Freude, dass sich Glenn nicht unter den Untoten befand, weint sie.
Dabei sieht Glenn Tara, die im Schockzustand in einem vergitterten Abteil des Gefängnishofes sitzt, und bringt sie dazu, mit ihm aus dem Gefängnis zu fliehen.
Als sie gegen vier am Waldrand auftauchende Walker kämpfen, bricht Glenn plötzlich zusammen. Er fragt Tara nach dem Bus und sie sagt ihm, dass sie ihn vor drei Stunden passiert hätten.
Glenn läuft zurück, um Maggie in der Nähe des Busses zu suchen, Abraham will jedoch, dass die Gruppe zusammenbleibt und hält Glenn auf.
Der ehemalige Sergeant erklärt, dass er und seine Begleiter Dr. Dabei würden sie auch die Hilfe von Glenn und Tara benötigen. Glenn läuft jedoch weiter den Weg zurück, gefolgt von Tara.

Er wird durch laute Stimmen im unteren Teil des Hauses geweckt. Gerade noch rechtzeitig versteckt er sich unter dem Bett, als einer der Eindringlinge ins Schlafzimmer kommt und sich ins Bett legt.
Der Eindringling schläft ein, wird aber bald von einem seiner Begleiter geweckt, der ebenfalls in diesem Bett schlafen will. Es kommt zu einem Kampf der beiden.

Season 4. Home media cover art. List of Fear the Walking Dead episodes. Scott M. Morgan Jones leaves his community in Virginia , despite being urged to stay by his various friends, including Rick Grimes.
Morgan makes his way to the Texas border where he meets a man named John Dorie. The next day, Morgan and John are held captive by a group of survivors, but they are saved by a woman named Althea, who drives a SWAT vehicle.
Althea tells Morgan and John that she is a journalist and wants to get their stories on camera. John tells Althea that he is on a mission to find his girlfriend, Laura.
Morgan eventually opens up and tells Althea about his past in Atlanta and Virginia. The group stops their vehicle when they see a woman crawling on the ground, which turns out to be Alicia.
Madison , Nick, Alicia, Strand, and Luciana are a part of a community living in a baseball stadium. Nick is farming vegetables, but weevils are destroying them.
Madison and others, excluding Nick, set out to find Charlie's family, a young girl in the community. Madison's group reaches a deserted town and they split up to search.
Madison and Alicia find a burned down camp near giant oil tanks, which has a white flag with the number "". Madison comes across a woman named Naomi and Madison invites her to their community.
At night, a large convoy of trucks approach the stadium. Mel, the leader of a group known as the Vultures, rounds up walkers outside the stadium and into a truck; it is then labeled "12".
Madison goes out to talk with Mel, and he tells Madison he knows of their weevil problem, thanks to Charlie who is revealed as a spy.
Mel orders Madison to give them all their supplies or they will die from their lack of resources. Madison refuses and walks away.
Catching up to the events of the previous episode: Luciana finds a flag marked "51" in Althea's SWAT truck, and Alicia orders them to take them to where they found the flag.
In flashbacks, Nick and Madison go on a supply run, however when arrive, they discover that Mel's brother Ennis has already looted it. Charlie eavesdropped on Madison and obtained the location, giving it to Ennis.
Nick pleads with Charlie to not listen to the Vultures. Nick then attacks Ennis with his knife, but Madison stops him from killing Ennis. Charlie goes with Ennis in his blue El Camino and they drove off.
In the present, the SWAT vehicle swerves off the road and crashes after a commotion inside the vehicle between the two groups. Nick spots the blue El Camino and chases after it.
The others find a service station which has a truck with wire cable, that they can use to tow the SWAT vehicle from the mud. Returning to the SWAT truck, they fight off various infected and successfully tow it.
Nick finds Ennis at a farm and they fight inside a silo. Nick impales Ennis on a deer antler display, killing him. Nick is then shot by Charlie.
The rest of the group arrives, where they try to revive him, but he dies. Alicia sobs and is left devastated.
Alicia, Strand, and Luciana tell Althea their stories about how they ended up in their current situation, which led to Nick's death.
In flashbacks, various groups go on supply runs; Strand and Cole search a nursery for plants; Nick and Luciana search a library; and Alicia and Naomi go to a water park.
At the library, there is no food, but Nick insists on finding books because he argues people need more than just food.
At the water park, Alicia and Naomi find various medical supplies and a machine gun. Strand shows Cole a secret car that is filled with supplies just for himself.
At the stadium, Madison tells Mel she is willing to build a community together, but Mel scoffs at the idea. Nick suggests to Madison they should venture farther north to find seeds and fertilizer to bring back, instead of moving to a new location.
In the present, the group tells Althea that they should have left the stadium. The group then buries Nick.
John recognizes a backpack, which belongs to Naomi, revealing that she is Laura. Alicia tells John that Laura died at the stadium. Everyone leaves in the van, except Morgan and John, who go off alone.
In flashbacks, John finds Naomi unconscious in the water outside his cabin. John brings her inside, dresses her wound and lets her rest.
While some members of the group work to divert the herd of walkers, those back in Alexandria deal with another kind of danger.
Glenn and Michonne race against time to lead the Alexandrians back home to safety before the herd can catch up with them, but not all goes as planned.
Morgan tells the story of how he met a fellow survivor who helped him find peace and embrace a philosophy of nonviolence. In the aftermath of Alexandria's recent attack, morale crumbles among the inhabitants inside the gate.
Aaron offers to help Maggie search for Glenn. While luring the herd away from Alexandria, Daryl is separated from Abraham and Sasha and encounters three strangers.
Rick confronts Morgan about his refusal to kill and wonders whether they can trust the Alexandrians to protect the community.
With Alexandria's wall breached, those inside are unable to escape the invading herd and must fight to the death to defend themselves.
Daryl, Abraham and Sasha face a menacing new enemy. Back in Alexandria, Rick and the others carefully put an escape plan into action. Daryl and Rick go on a high-flying supply run and encounter a wily stranger.
